According to my bill you were at my house for 8 minutes. That seems rather quick for a termite inspection. Eight minutes, $200.00 and I wasn’t notified that you were coming.

Never have an issue. Steve has always been courteous and friendly and answers all my questions, which I seem to have a lot of as we just moved to the area the end of 2022. Still getting used to all these critters!!!

The guy did a good job spraying my inside. The outside service alone does not keep bugs from coming inside my house. They were crawling all over my attic. I think I like the old spraying system better.

Very poor. I have already paid. I was told by service that I still owe $72. I am terribly unhappy. I was already covered.

The additional treatment, from my quarterly treatment, took care of the problem. I asked the technician to check out a carpenter bee on my deck since he was here, which he did, and found the little hole. However, he did not spray there and suggested I call the office about having an expensive treatment done. I called but cancelled it until I have more carpenter bees. I felt like he should have sprayed the hole because at one time during a regular treatment a couple years ago the technician took care of the same situation.

Received an invoice on 4-25-24 for my annual termite inspection. (Account # 89871). Invoice says inspector was at my house from 11:48 am until 12:11 pm. I was at home during this time and did not see any inspector or hear anyone in my crawlspace. In years past, my inspection was thorough and inspector went through the crawlspace and checked things out very thoroughly. My concern is twofold. Was the inspector ever at my house and if so, how good of an inspection did he perform. If termites are present, they are usually around a water source, such as a drain or faucet line, which can be thoroughly checked out by spending a little time in the crawlspace. I contacted your office about this and was told my inspector would call me as soon as possible. I haven't heard from anyone thus far. Thank You.

Showed up unannounced on a weekday late morning. Wife was trying to get our baby to sleep, woke him up and startled my wife. Came and got me in middle of a work conference call. Then told $150 for terminate inspection - feel this is tremendously overpriced. Allowed to proceed with terminate inspection as I was on a call and couldn’t really focus - technician himself was very professional and accommodating and only at house 10 minutes max. He added I was 15th person to report this issue. No terminates found. Overall was frustrating disruption that could’ve been prevented with calling to schedule visit time and discuss price before hand. Doubt will allow them to do our inspection next year.

He did a great job however we didn’t know he was coming and we have one employee who can’t be around when being services so we had one entire interior area not completed. Otherwise great. We really need to be communicated with to plan ahead of time. We aren’t always there all day so it’s important to plan.

Have always had a text/email to notify when technician was coming. It didn't happen for this service, so backyard gates were locked as I wasn't home. When I called, Gary said there was a glitch in system, and it won't happen again. OK, I understand these things happen. But still was charged full price when just over 1/2 of the job was done due to lack of access to back of house & carport building. L. Thorn.

I don’t understand why I’m paying 125.00 quarterly and Lookout waits on us to call them with a problem before they come out. We have a problem with water bugs and house wasn’t sprayed in every room only in spots. If Lookout isn’t going to come out every month and spray without us calling them I will concider canceling. Thank you.
