My home has a sealed crawl space that I paid a lot of money to save electricity & it works well. My son is very educated in the building industry & he said the seal does not need cutting, there is no moisture underneath & th inspector said there were mounds under the plastic that was probably fire ant mounds. My son did not see any concerns of fire ants. He just had underground termite stations placed outside of his home. I was given an estimate for dehumidifier, install outlet (My son showed me where 2 outlets are under my home). I was never offered termite stations for outside. The exterminator did not show me what he treated & I pd cash. I would like a quote for outside stations. I can spray for ants & spiders if that is all I am receiving every 3 months.
