My home has a sealed crawl space that I paid a lot of money to save electricity & it works well. My son is very educated in the building industry & he said the seal does not need cutting, there is no moisture underneath & th inspector said there were mounds under the plastic that was probably fire ant mounds. My son did not see any concerns of fire ants. He just had underground termite stations placed outside of his home. I was given an estimate for dehumidifier, install outlet (My son showed me where 2 outlets are under my home). I was never offered termite stations for outside. The exterminator did not show me what he treated & I pd cash. I would like a quote for outside stations. I can spray for ants & spiders if that is all I am receiving every 3 months. Didn't get any proactive report from the service technician about what they found, what they did, etc. No one from front desk or the technician themselves followed up with me after this first visit. They knew that I am not on-site so I need a report.

So far good. Worker was efficient and did good work.
Benjamin M came out and sprayed our yard as well as our porch. He explained everything before and after and did an amazing job. Very satisfied after having to reschedule twice due to weather. Our fire ants in the yard were out of control, so now we can actually use our yard for the kids without having to worry about them getting ate up. Will definitely continue using Neuse.
