Lookout Pest Control

I honestly do not know how to rate the service we received. The initial meeting was great and we paid for our service on the spot. Then we were told a technician would be out, yet we saw no sign that someone had been to our house. I had to contact you to see if someone had been out to our house. There really needs to be some form of communication you leave once servicing a property. I haven't seen activity, so I assume our service worked:)

People working in the field are professional and knowledgeable. All good there. Office - not so much. I had to call few times to get treatment scheduled, I was transferred a lot with no resolution, received one liner emails. Everyone was really nice, just seemed not to know what to do.

I was happy customer. You came by on Monday morning but I was in the middle of splitting hostas, so the Tech moved our service to Tuesday morning... Everything went fine with the service on Tuesday morning...

OBTW, I had my termite station check last week but I have not yet received by annual billing!

Lookout pest control was at our home for a termite inspection. The pest control specialist went way beyond looking for signs of termites. He was very focused and noticed some things that went beyond a termite inspection. I couldn't thank him enough. Things that I thought were covered in our crawl space weren't there. As he walked around the perimeter, he noticed a barrel filled with stagnant water and asked me if it was okay to dump the water to avoid mosquitoes. And, since it was going to rain again he asked if it was okay to turn the barrel over. What a positive experience!

Tech showed up randomly after we asked to schedule an appointment due to no one home and dog in yard. Tech sprinkled a hand full of something around front side of house and was gone in less than 4 minutes upon arrival.

Good! No need to be home!

Hard to rate you - you do less and charge more - so I guess your rating should reflect this.

The agent on my recent service was great. My only complaint was with the customer service agent on my initial call when I requested to spray inside due to a rainy season and bug activity. You all haven't sprayed inside in over a year and that shouldn't have been an issue to request it.

I don’t like the changes you have made. You no longer check inside my or attic space. I am unable to go up there myself so I relied upon your service for this reason. You also need to do a better as far as when you are coming to spray and I need to leave my back gate unlocked. It stays that way all day. If could clear as to when you are coming so I don’t have to leave my gate opened . Thank you for your time.

I assume you did fine. Since you don't spray inside I don't have contact and aren't sure what you are doing. I was wondering the purpose of not spraying inside.

I have used ANYPEST for over 30 years and Monte has serviced my home since 1989, since LOOKOUT took over, I've noticed that some things have changed. I now get bombarded with text and emails, not the monthly email I used to get from you folks.
Having asked Steven Foster to put a stop to ALL emails and text messages just this morning, I received this email asking for a review of your business. Just note that your employee's are what makes the business, there are several that I've spoken to[You folks also do my business]that aren't pleased with the environment at LOOKOUT. Some of this I attribute to "Change", other parts I see as the new management implementing their "Style" and/or "Lookout" policies. In any event, my experience with you folks, so far, has been less than stellar. My wife and I have been loyal customers and just would like to see things remain the same and see some of the same people that have come to our home/business for years.

I’m not sure when you serviced the property—- I wasn’t at the house- pls let me know the date/ time—- I am having some memory issues due to radiation of my brain in November.. if you sent me anything online, I may have erased the info….

Technician was on time and communicated very well on how was going to service me!….
